Reti Corporation Training and Certification Programs

RetiCorp Training and Certification Programs are designed to equip candidates with solid technical and sales expertise and capabilities. Certified professionals will have the knowledge and skills to successfully sell, deploy, configure and support RetiCorp's products. Upon completion of the comprehensive training and certification programs, the candidates will be able to understand and demonstrate keen knowledge of internet and security technologies as well as core values and features of RetiCorp products.

Training

RetiCorp offers various courses to ensure knowledgeable professionals are available to operate and support RetiCorp products. The training consists of two distinct tracks, Technical and Sales. Technical training offers courses to install, configure and manage our products, whereas Sales training offers in-depth value propositions on our products and services to help improve sales and maintain customers.

Our instructor-led training encompasses theory, practical, hands-on and task-oriented learning. The courses combine lecture, demonstration and a lab session to ensure candidates gain the required knowledge and experience to manage RetiCorp products.

Certification

The RetiCorp Certification Program offers a way to validate the knowledge and skills of our partners and customers necessary to introduce, sell, operate and manage RetiCorp devices.

In accordance with the training courses, the certification program is designed in two sections, the Reti Sales Expert (RSE) and the Reti Certified Technical Specialist (RCTS). Candidates successfully complete the Sales Training are certified as Reti Sales Expert (RSE) while the Reti Certified Technical Specialist (RCTS) is granted to those who complete the Technical Training.

 
RetiCorp partners are required to complete the RSE and RCTS training and certification programs. It aims at transferring all necessary knowledge about RetiCorp products to our partners in order to ensure that customers can take full advantage of our technology in an environment that is properly configured and supported. RetiCorp's clients can be assured that RCTS technicians have proven the highest level of proficiency with RetiCorp's products knowledge.

RetiCorp offers free of charge training and certification for RetiCorp partners subject to RetiCrop Channel Program.

Validity

In order to maintain high standards for certification holders of RetiCorp products, and to make sure the training and knowledge about the products is still relevant, the validity period of all RetiCorp certifications is set for a period of 2 years from the date of successful examination. Certification holders who do not renew their status within 2 years will have their certification expired. It is the responsibility of a certification holder to keep its status up to date.

Certification holders with an active certification status need to pass the current exam corresponding to the certification they wish to renew in order to extend the validity period of 2 years since the date of examination.
