- Reti Corp Support Services: With the online tools, phone and web support and many partners local available to you, Reti Corp is proud to offer comprehensive support. Our newly released Help Desk is available online 24x7 (24 hours/day and 7 days/week) to answer questions, submit problems, and view resolutions. In cooperation with our partners, we offer comprehensive phone support to resolve issues, elaborate upon product features, and solve common configuration issues. Support services even extends to onsite repair work, at a cost of course, for critical issues or at customer’s request.
- To bring the highest levels of support to end users we work with partners and regional distribution channels to provide immediate support services. All direct support requests should first pass through the Reti Corp authorized partner from whom you purchased your device. However, as a service to our customers, and our partners Reti Corp provides comprehensive troubleshooting guides, FAQ's, and common configurations online at www.RetiCorp.com & HelpDesk.RetiCorp.com. All users will be able to access most of the information on products released to the public, however only registered users of HelpDesk.RetiCorp.com are provided the ability to submit help request online, which are commonly resolved in as little as one business day. After registering, Partners, VAR's, and System Integrators can view previous support requests and check the status of any pending requests. As a precursor to requesting online support, often a quick phone call to your local reseller can, quickly and efficiently, resolve any issues you may encounter.
- As a general rule, end-users of Reti products should address their requests for support to their vendor. RetiCorp provides a KB/FAQ for online support of all RetiCorp products. The KB/FAQ is accessible to everyone, 24/7 at helpdesk.reticorp.com
RetiCorp Partners have access to advanced support services from RetiCorp. Including technical documentation, software updates, RMA/DOA request, direct contact with RetiCorp Technical Support.
